Photos
Look for more than one angle. Cover images help you recognize the item, but QC-style photos show shape, texture, stitching, color, and finish. If all photos look too polished, keep looking.
Checklist before you trust a Mulebuy spreadsheet row
A good row still deserves a second look. Use this as a quick pass before you save a find or send it to someone else.
Sizing
Do not assume standard sizing. Shoes need size charts; hoodies and bottoms need measurements. If the row has no sizing clue, mark it as uncertain and compare it against a similar item.
Price
A price that is much lower than nearby listings needs a reason. It may be a different batch, a different material, an old row, or a listing that changed after the spreadsheet was shared. If the item looks serious, check the shipping estimate and coupon rules before treating the row as cheap.
Category fit
Open the relevant category on FindsIndex and compare. A row feels more reliable when similar products sit in the same price and photo range.
Freshness
Re-open links before using them. Spreadsheet rows can survive long after the product page, SKU, price, or available color has changed.
Your note
Write why you saved it. A note like “good side photos, clear size chart, black colorway” is much better than a bare link when you come back later.
A simple keep-or-skip rule
Save a row when it has clear photos, enough sizing information, a price that fits the category, and at least one reasonable alternative for comparison. Skip or park it when two or more of those pieces are missing.
Most bad saves happen because one nice image gets too much attention before the basic checks are done.
What to write in your shortlist
Use short notes that answer future questions: why you saved it, what category it belongs to, what size issue to check, and which alternative looked closest. If a row is hard to find again, note how you found it: QC photos, shoes section, agent link, coupon page, or another route from the search ideas page.
